Our Colleton County First Steps/Colleton Safe Kids team was honored to receive two awards at the recent biannual continuing education credit summit held in Columbia, SC. The two awards were: MOST SEATS CHECKED IN A SMALL AGENCY and INSPECTION STATION OF THE YEAR (Your organization had to be nominated for this one!) We are very proud of these ladies and honored to be a part of an effort to keep our little ones safe as they travel around town or long distances! New Employee Orientation for Colleton County School District – Tuesday, July 21, 2026
We participated as a vendor in the 2026-2027 New Employee Orientation for Colleton County Schools. We provided bags, classroom library books, general teacher supplies such as pencils, pens, glue sticks, etc. It was a great event, and we were honored to partner with CCSD. Wishing all employees – new and returning a great year!
We were so excited to be a vendor at the Back to School Bash held at Colleton County High School! Lots of excitement in the air for the 2026-2027 school year!
Car Seat Check
It was a warm, muggy morning but, our Colleton County First Steps Safe Kids team did a great job with the car seat check that we hosted on Tuesday, September 22, 2026. They installed 8 new car seats for those who came and took advantage of this free event. Keeping our little ones safe is our top priority!
